Information: Learn the tips and tricks! The techniques of yoga bring radiant health, mental sharpness, and peace of mind, all in order to settle the mind into silence. This class will include postures for physical exercise, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation. Class is suited for all levels, even first-timers. A 15 minute discussion led by a neuroscientist from NYU will follow the yoga class to explore the neuroscience involved in learning about yoga.
